This restaurant has offered the best Italian food in the Hills since I was a kid! The meals are always fabulous and exceed expectations, the servings are generous and there is always a new mouth watering special dish to try. The staff are also very friendly and always happy to help. I can't say enough great things about this place, it's been a privilege growing up with it.
Just home from a really lovely meal at Cherrybrook's La Carretta. Table for four. We had the garlic focacha which was piping hot. WE all then had pizzas and they were all GREAT!! The service was friendly, effiecent. The prices were good too. $19 for a medium pizza but it was big enough to take some home (which they bundled up nicely too!! Will definately be going back!
Used to be my favourite in Cherrybrook, but getting tired of wobbly tables and chairs, broken heaters and now the waiters are plain rude! Food is good, but a change in the special menu (that is now runninng for more than 4 years????) would be a welcome change. Food is not on the same standard on owners night off and it would be great if all the main dishes of a table can arrive more or less at the same time????Food good, decor and waiters....not so good. Dining out is suppose to be a nice experience...my last time there did not fall in that category....
This place has been services my Pizza needs in the Cherrybrook region for over 15 years.
A firm establishment in the Cherrybrook Village complex the ambience and food has gone from strength to strength. I have fond memories as a young girl calling them up and ordering a pizza consisting of all the ingredients I could pronounce... ham... pineapple... cheese... mushroom.... cab-an-noooossiii....
The staff are friendly and the quality of the food is consistent. It gets pretty busy here so you need to be patient during peak periods- mainly Friday, Saturday Nights...
With an open-air feel this place is pretty nice on a balmly summer night, or a lazy winter afternoon.
You should come here if you are in the hood...
