Ladro Greville

I never expected Italy to make craft beers, particularly since they are better known for their wine, but this place certainly turns the table on that notion. Actually, it is more of a restaurant than a bar, but they don't have any issue with you coming in for a beer, which is a bonus. Okay, I wouldn't call it one of my favourite places though, namely because it is a little more classier than normal, but it still has some charm about it, and also offers something a little different from the norm.

Went here for a business lunch on a Friday - calm but vibrant atmosphere and perfect layout, we had plenty of space to talk but didn't feel isolated from the crowds. Food came out quickly and was delicious - really well priced and BYO a total plus at $15 a bottle.

Would highly recommend for team lunches and catching up with friends in future. Perfect casual Italian restaurant.

Great food and great service!

I enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. I loved the polenta chips topped with pecorino cheese. The crab pasta was a winner. Often the crab pasta comes out tasting bland, but not at Ladro! I also recommend the Badabing pizza (topped with pork sausage, tomato, oregano, chilli and basil).

The service was faultless from the moment we walked in until we left. Staff was attentive and interactive without being pretentious.

My only disappointment was not leaving enough room for dessert!

Otto and scouts pizzas where delicious service was good atmosphere was good!! Worth a try!!

Great fit out, interior is very contemporary. Acoutics quite noisy so good for a group rather than a quiet romantic dinner. Service fast and friendly. Pizza's good but not terrific.
