We have a great team of veterinarians, receptionists, veterinary nurses and dog and puppy trainers who all aspire to the aim of our practice to provide the highest quality compassionate and professional service to our clients and their pets at all times.
24 Hour Emergency Service:
At night and on Sundays and public holidays, we are supported by The Newcastle Animal Emergency Centre (NAEC) in Broadmeadow. Patients are transferred back to us next working morning if not well enough to be sent home. The NAEC is only open after hours.

If you want the absolute BEST care for your pet i recommend this vet clinic. I have been taking my pets to them for over 15 years and they are so patient and sweet with them, especially my fat cat Caspey who is a big scaredy cat and tries to hide under his blanket the whole time. They really treat every animal they see as the most important 'patient' they have :)
