Land Waste Equipment Queensland

Paid $236.60 in April 2015. (that's right $236.60) to service a Proscape 506 lawnmower.
Came back worst than when it was sent in. Power drive did not work and it sounded like it was going to blow up.
emailed them to send me a itemized account. they ignored that request.
They picked it up a week later and returned it still not fixed. Sounds better and starts. power drive still does not work properly...phoned them up again ...they did return the call but have not heard from them since. 3 weeks.
Very poor customer service when you call them up. Almost treat you like a liar or an idiot. Very Poor.

Twice attempted to repair a Victa 2 stroke mower for Inlaws, Missed the problem twice, charge $50 and then $75, but did not cure the problem. All it needed was 5 mins spent and replace a $3.95 O ring! Cant say them to be any good if not be able to repair one of the simplest mowers in existence!! Beware!!

Fantastic service from a local family owned business, prompt service, these guys were the only shop in Ipswich that would even attempt to look at my machine, great work and def recommend anyone to go there :-)
