Had a visit about 2 weeks ago. At first it was normal till I met L.J!
It took about half an hour to choose an appropriate car which was suitable for me in all manners. No time waste!
He's kind and experienced which can find what you want in just a blink.
I definitely recommend him to everyone who want to have an awesome buy!
Just remember to have a sandwich with yourself, it can make his day :P

Great service provided. There were lots of excellent cars to choose from and Lindsay Joyce (LJ) made is easy to choose the best car that suited me. He provided an excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a car.

Recently I went into Lander Toyota at Blacktown to look for a car.
I had never been into a car sales yard before.
I was a bit nervous about it all.
I met LJ and he was fantastic.
There was no pressure whatsoever.
It was a very pleasant experience.
I picked up my amazing car the next day and have enjoyed it so much.

I wasn't feeling pressured at all !
As soon as i walked in , we met LJ , (the best sales person).
LJ found the car that suited my needs without getting fustrated from how picky i am .
I was able to have all the information i wanted to know with a direct answer.
I diddnt get pressured, which made me feel comfortable. It only took me 1 week to be able to take my car home :)

In todays business its not enough for just competitive price. Service is a critical factor in keeping business! I think the management staff at LANDER TOYOTA should know what type of service your staff is giving their customers in the sales department & insurance.
LJ & Milad went above what I call good Customer Service. Being in sales management myself I would highly recommend these two gentleman to all my friends family and work associates. We will see you for the next business car!
