Had my ford endura now for 3 months, and just blown away with it. Had a kuga Before that and a territory before that. Some say this is a replacement for the territory ,if this is so , then it is far superior ( my opinion ) The comfort is better than territory , engine not quite as good as the v6 2.7 diesel on saying that I do not tow anything. The economy is brilliant. On a run to waneroo 5.3 litres per 100 ks. Or old school 52.8 mpg. All round am averaging 6.6 litres per 100ks.. The car is quiet, smooth and a sheer pleasure to drive. Thanks to Lane Ford and all of its staff. Cannot fault anyone from sales to service and management.. Thanks guys and gals.. ??

Absolutely disgusting customer service in the servicing department!
I was told that a cruise control that will randomly shut off completely is not a danger. And to wait until it does it more frequently before bringing it in for a $150 diagnostic. The cruise control started to randomly shut off by its self after I had a faulty transmission replaced. There is currently a class action law suit against Ford for a known fault. It will shut off while travelling at any speed with out warning. I remain a vigilant driver and quickly takeover accelerating from the cruise control however when it randomly shuts off driving at 110km/hour with a newborn in the car and a truck travelling close behind it is scary and in my opinion dangerous!!
Be extra careful when buying a second hand care here. Purchased a small car for my granddaughter and thought it would be safer to buy from a main dealer. Told me to quote, it has had a 100 point check. Once we drove it away we found two rear lights did not work, brakes faulty and radio / cd/ usb faulty and will cost $600 to replace. They absolved themselves of all responsibility except to look at brakes again. 100 point check my backside. Moral of the story check everything yourself prior to handing over your hard earned cash.
I cannot fault the team at Lane Ford. I have bought two cars from them (new & used).
Recently, had a problem with licensing on one of my cars. The staff went the extra mile even when it cost money. From the general manager to the office staff and others helped to sort it out.
On another note, the service department also have been great when I had an intermittent problem with my cruise control they persisted until it was solved.
Thanks Lane Ford for the best service I have had from a car yard.
