Used car rep absolutely unhelpful, rude and sarcastic. Avoid at all cost!

Appalled at the customer service I was provided (used car sales). The used cars sales rep was rude and condescending with horrible bedside manner. Not concerned with what I was looking for and gave unhelpful responses. Ended up cutting short my visit because I would rather pay more elsewhere for a dealership who knows how to treat their customers well (eg. City Toyota) and instils trust in the consumer relationship.

The sales rep was rude. And did not have any interest in what I was looking for.

I bought my car from Lane Toyota after having a shocking experience from a sales staff when I went to see the car first time in their display centre. However I bought it from a different sales staff from the same dealership. It's been more than a year now and I regret on my decision to buy from the same place after that experience. I should have not bought from them just to pass a message on customer experience. Depend on their majority of the customer base I know no matter how they treat customers they can get their sales done. The only reason for me to still buy from them was that I live very close to them and they are in between my house and work place. So I know it's very convenient to give the car for servicing to them. I thought it would be better to buy from them when I service from them, so they will have a feeling that it's a car sold by them when they service. Great customer service the team was so friendly I felt like a part of the staff thanks so much for fixing my car without an appointment never has run better great job guys definitely recommend this workshop
