I had been attending the clinic at Shellharbour for two years, I had always had a very lovely and professional experience, however, this changed due to frequent bullying from one of the staff members that once did my Brazilian and underarm treatment. It began towards the end of last year, the harassment was online, where I was found and called “putrid” and “psycho” on public platforms; the employee was no longer doing my laser at this time, but she still worked at the clinic and harassed me online.

I have been having regular Botox treatments for over a year now, I have had x3 different injectors, previously worked well, I had my last Botox end of Sept. 40+ units, &500+
My forehead didn't freeze, I went back 2 weeks later, for an assessment, consultant said that she was happy with the treatment and said it can take 3-4 weeks for it to be really effective. But I have this treatment before. So I left and mid nov 8 wks later, I went to another Botox injector and it cost me an extra $340. So I'm not too happy.
