I've been coming to this clinic for close to 5 years now for various treatments. During that time there were periods where the customer service left alot to be desired but in the last 18-24 months they have really picked up their game. The clinic has been recently rebuilt and it seems to be under new mangement. I think it's fair that I write an honest review on my exepriences based on recent times rather than from the past.

Absolutely appalling service, safety and hygiene.
Different staff give conflicting advice and cannot explain how laser hair removal works.
I prepaid for several treatments and they later told me that I had fewer than I'd paid for.
Then the few treatments I had caused my skin to blister.
Cheap for a reason- avoid!
Agreed. They do not provide any training to their staff. They run through a quick lesson on how to operate the laser and what settings to use on certain skin tones just to be on the safe side. No background information on how laser works is given, conflicting advice during training is given. Definitely cheap for a reason! They have a very inaccurate booking system and. This results in staff giving incorrect advice. Very poor clinic. Not professional in any way and would not recommend it. Please do your research and question everything prior to going to any clinic which deals with laser hair removal. Sometimes paying a higher price is well worth it!
