I was originally happy with my experience at Lasertech but after 6 sessions for laser tattoo removal I was left with a faded blue tattoo and scarred skin from laser burns (my tattoo was originally solid black and the size of a 50cent piece). I now face the challenge of removing the leftover blue, which is much more difficult than black, along with the added pain of treatment over already scarred tissue.
I wish I never went to Lasertech. They say they have over 15 year experience but they still could not remove my tattoo! I wasted thousands going to your clinic and still have my tattoo. With the money I wasted having laser, they didn't try to really help me even though I did all the after care as you said. Obviously I was just a cash cow to them as my treatments were extremely expensive.
for over 2 years I attended next gen for tattoo removal. on starting my treatments I was told the amount of sessions varies from person to person, but was given the impression it would be around 7 - 8 at the most 10 treatments, at over $1000 at treatment it was very expensive but was given the reassurance I was getting the best treatment available.
with every session I was left waiting for around half an hour, the longest being an hour and forty all without as much as an apology. and after every treatment was told how well it looked and how little treatments I had left. after my 17Th treatment I had to stop as it was financially ruining me, they offered to less the fee to $700 and when I said I still couldn't afford it they were happy for me to walk out the door with no more than a follow up call or counter offer. now I am left with a 50% faded tattoo. if I could stop 1 person from going there I would be happy.
Thank you for your feedback. At your initial consultation you were told that the Laser Tattoo Removal treatment results would depend on many different circumstances. The colour of the tattoo, the depth of the ink, your own skin tone, the amount of exercise you do, your diet and many other factors. We have been removing tattoos effectively and permanently for over 15 years and each and every person has a different treatment plan based on these factors. Had my first experience at Lasertech today and I was absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service i recieved. I booked in for a Microdermabrasion including a consultation which really helped me understand the process and made me feel comfortable with my therapist. Never been in such a Beautiful clinic and my treatment was just brilliant. Immediately booked my next appointment. Thankyou Lasertech!!

I am in love with this place!! You instantly feel welcomed by the friendly staff!! I've been coming to this place for several months for laser treatment and the results have been fantastic! Each and everytime I come here I am made to feel welcome but special and beautiful. I simply will not go anywhere else. The 7 star treatment you get as soon as you walk in the door you just can't get anywhere else in Adelaide!
