Visited lash envy to have a color correction by Lida who had spent 45 minutes with me the previous day explaining all my options.l had a very bad brow tattoo and after many attempts to have them repaired ld given up all hope..until Lida soothed my nerves and was so kind..l had the repair 1 day after consult and actually became emotional and teary after seeing the results. The staff at Lash Envy greeted me warmly and took me through to Lida. I already knew the salon was amazing as l used to get my lashes done there some years ago. What a combo the expertise of Lash Envy's staff and the unbelievable talents of Lida.

Very disappointed that my daughter was sent a $20 voucher and when she tried to use it Angela (owner) said that it was sent out by mistake and would not honour it. She said it was a "glitch" in the system. When I explained that in business you need to honour your mistakes she didn't care less and had attitude about it. To lose three clients over $20 does not make good business! Happy to move on and give my $ to a more deserving small business.
Dear Vanessa, I'm really sorry that you feel this way and have gone out of your way to write a 1 star review as we have been closed for 9 months in the last 1.5 years and the last 11 week lockdown accidentally saw our system send our client base the automated “we have missed you email” - which clearly isn’t the case, we were shut down!
I tried to explain this to you and your daughter but you wouldn’t have a bar of it. You insisted the email be honoured yet every other client whom has mentioned this email has completely understood and been more than empathetic towards our situation.
In all the years of running a business I have always believed the customer is right and given 150% of my absolute best to each and every person. I love my clients and I bend over backwards for them. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to meet your needs this time. All the best. Angela ??
Hybrid lashes done today by Angela L, work was great and very happy with result, however customer service was rude and unwelcoming. Appointment was 15 mins late due to a previous client which she made no effort to hide, no apology, dismissed my photos of look I was after with barely a glance and said "well it won't look like those, they're volume and you haven't booked in for that". I politely asked if the hybrid could favour volume over classic, as previous visits to the salon the girls have been very accomodating for my look. Angela rudely said "no you paid for hybrid so you'll get half and half". I made several attempts at conversation throughout, half of which went ignored and the other half responded with a word and finally said "I don't talk while I'm lashing". She also constantly forced my head back into position when I drifted off centre. She also informed me her lunch would now be delayed. Last week I got Russian Volume Lashes done however the same day they started to fall off.
A week later almost all of them were gone !
This is because someone without much experience put them on and I am quite disappointed.
"My money has gone to waste !"
For someone without much experience to be working at a store like this doesn't make sense, especially because I paid full price. It reflects poorly onto the store and brings the quality of the store down !
Would not trust my lashes with anyone else. I have been going to Lash Envy for a number of years and all the technicians and reception staff are so lovely. Last 12 months I have had Loren who continues to keep my natural set looking great, every time. Loren is a sensational lasher! R
