Lattouf Hair & Day Spa

Nice work, but the upselling was kind of annoying. I was happy enough with the service but I can do just as well a few blocks away, in a less hectic atmosphere and with lower prices.

I had a wedding in Sydney and travelled to Latouf first and got a hair and make up package. I looked hot!!! My hair stayed perfect all night. Was in and out by a hour. Thank you to the bec's & ladies at parramatta.

I recently went into lattouf parramatta for the first time to get balayage and hair cut. I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past with other salons however, this was the best my hair has ever looked!! my balayage was exactly what I wanted and blended perfectly. The girl gave me the best blow dry I've ever had!! They were all very professional and friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised at the end as the girl offered me 20% off because it was my first visit. I ended up paying less than what I was originally quoted. I will ONLY be going here from now on!! I give them 5 stars!!!

I have been going to Lattouf for about 6 years now, however am completely over the staff turnaround, in 6 years I've gone through about 8 different hairdressers...you make an appointment with one hairdresser, they've left but the staff don't tell you until you get there for your appointment.. The level of service has certainly dropped over the last few years, they use to make their customers feel quite special now you just feel like a number there... and their prices are ridiculous, for a colour, trim and wash/blowdry I was paying well over $340. So I'm now moving on to another salon. Shame, but it seems like a completely different place to when I first started going there...

I recently went to latouf at parramata and was shocked at how bad the service was and how rude the staff were,firstly I asked for belyage and I once it was done I came out looking like a 10 year old did my hair it was blotchy and the color was un even, the price that you have to pay for the bad service is unbelievable, they could clearly see that I didn't like my hair but kept saying how good it looked. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to pay $350 of utter disappointment.
