My air conditioner was not working well,call Lawson air come to check, one guy come and check for less than 30 minutes, tell me I need change outdoor unit motor.then I received a bill for $180,tell me for further job $600.
I call the other company.the guy come and fix all the problem for only $80.
Not happy with Lawson air,only for money,not recommend.
Unfortunately my experience was not positive. It started off two days after placing an online order. I'd heard nothing so tried to email. Next day still no reply so tried the online chat. No response. I got a call back later with an apology, blaming on NBN transition issues. I was then asked to watch for a transfer back to my credit card to prove I was the owner of the card. After several days, no sign of the credit. Chased up and was told the issue was at my end. Said they'd ship the order anyway. Called the next day to check and they then decided that as the credit hadn't appeared that they wouldn't ship. Their bank apprently had decided I was using a Mastercard, however it was a VISA card so some confusion somewhere. After a week of being messed about I was told that they wouldn't ship and basically accused me of using a stolen card. Needless to say I asked for a full refund and took my business elsewhere. The office staff are very friendly and obliging, the quote I received was very competitive and I accepted without question. The installation technicians were very helpful, answered any questions, and very efficient. The installation was very workman-like, they were pleased to do the job with slight modifications for which I requested and quoted. The work was completed within the suggested time. We were very happy with the whole process.
