Lazy Joe's Pizzeria

Placed an order.. was told by the person at the counter that it be ready in 35 mins (I thought that's outrageous unless they needed to kill animals to make the meat... When I returned in 35 mins they were not ready and said the pizza will be another 15 mins.

I moved to Safety Beach 2.5 years ago. Discovered this after about 2 weeks. Was in pizza heaven!! But they are not consistent in their food. When they're good they're brilliant. But it's probably only just over 50%. The thing which REALLY annoys me over that, is that their customer service lacks. There is none. After ordering at least once a month for 2.5 years, I go in to pick up my order and it's like "Oh. Do I really gave to serve you?" No one smiles, no one remembers you, and everyone seems to hate the fact they have to serve you. This is a business crying out for a service and standards makeover. Cos when they feel like delivering a quality product, they can.

Very poor customer service. After waiting an hour for delivery, called them to find they had lost our third (and last) order made on the app and argued it wasn't placed until we repeatedly read out the receipt of payment, order number, email confirmation etc. Placed order again over the phone and waited another hour for delivery with no apology for stuff up. Provided a 'free' 1.25l bottle of coke to 'make up for it' to which we had already stated we do not drink anyhow. Salami on pizzas had plastic wrap on edges (again) and pizzas were generally average tasting, garlic on pizza was raw. Website states free 1.25l soft drink & free garlic bread on orders over $50 - never received these 'freebies' even though we have placed orders over $70 twice and another over $200 in the three times ordered from them. Last chance was tonight, tried to support local but not worth the risk.

I had gone in and the computer system had gone down !!! Customers everywhere and the old grumpy man in there was abusing all the staff in front of all the customers !! He was making the pizzas and had them sitting out of the oven for over 45 minutes !!! When I went up to ask about my 2 pizzas the girl told me it was put in the oven yet !!!! Then he continued to yell in the shop !!!! The pizzas were soggy & no taste !!!

Customers spend your money elsewhere ! No idea of custom service !!!!

We need more restaurants in safety beach

I have lived on the peninsula for 16 years and this is by far the best pizza I have ever tried real fresh good tasting food that everyone can enjoy

As a local I am so happy to have good food it's about time.....
