Very unreliable. Promised to collect box between 9-5. Never arrived. No contact.I followed up at 5pm . Advised transport in transit. I rang again at 730pm. Advised that somebody will ring me. Now 815pm, still no contact. It is a long weekend and I cancelled all plans and also cancelled scheduled lunch and dinner. No communication from LBC whatsoever. Very unreliable service indeed

LBC does not honour it's own words- arranged pick up and delivery time do not mean anything to them. They don't give you the details of the contractor so no one is held accountable when they don't show up.
