We purchased beautiful laminate timber flooring for our home renovation - they were the best price and it looks great. While we were there we saw a modular leather lounge that we fell in love with and managed to get this with interest free. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They really have a huge range

My review is also not about the quality of the furniture but about the absolute horrendous customer service and delivery of goods. Many people warned me to steer clear of Lecornu if I wanted my furniture in a timely manner and shared horror stories, some friends waited 3 months for a bed! Despite the suggestions, I found a couch I loved and immediately put down a $300 deposit. I was told by the salesperson that the couch would arrive to the store within a week then I would be contacted to complete the transaction and delivery details. Two weeks later I still hadn't received a call so I rang the store to enquire. There were no apologies given when they told me it would be another two weeks before it even got to the store. I waited two more weeks and still no call, nothing. The worst customer service ever. I ordered a bed from them and got told it will take 4 weeks to get it in stock. I did nit get it until 13 weeks after. Even when I did they had given me the wrong pieces, the slated were bigger than the frame. To top it up when I called to speak to someone they hang up in me. I did not get the right slates delivered or a refund of my money. They just do NOT care about customers. Terrible store and terrible staff and I will never step in there again.

Terrible customer service here. I came here one weekend to purchase a dining table, i was told to drive my car to the loading bay and wait for my table to come from the stock room. I was stuck waiting for well over an hour for my table. Not worth it at all. I recommend going to other store where you can go in and out ina few minutes. Waste of time!
