As a blonde I had visited this salon over many years, incredible colour and service. Colourists had left and returned after a long gap on recommendation from salon.. Sat down in chair as a blond with severe dark roots to be asked in the consult... "so is this not dark enough for you!!! Needless to say..

This is the best hairdresser I have been to. They do an amazing colour but the cuts I've had have been a bit hit and miss. The service is great and I've never had to wait around for long. They need to train their employees to be more approachable.

They do have the best hairdressers in town - but boy do they know it!! Most of the staff are extremely pretentious and I am constantly kept waiting. It takes three hours (and $260.00 later) for a cut and colour and my hair is not complex. I have tried other hairdressers but regrettably end up back here.....

Love the vibe, the people, the decor and perhaps most importantly, the result!! I can't rave about this place more. These stylists know what they're talking about and are so friendly and genuine! I'm never going anywhere else.

I really, really want to love this place but I've had 3 haircuts here and none of them made me happy. My usual hairdresser of 4 yrs had stopped cutting hair so off to find another, groan... - My 1st visit to this salon was just ok. The hairdresser I had booked was too busy so I was passed on to another stylist, who was really lovely but the cut was not the best. I rebooked a year later hoping for better, but again the cut was really not right. So I called a few days later to ask if I could have my hair fixed and they were really accomodating and really understanding (5 stars!) - it turned out better but not great (Its not cheap ($110 for a haircut) so expectations are high). Im not sure if it was because of the 1st cut or if maybe I didnt explain myself well enough but I did take a picture in 2nd time round. The service is GREAT - If I were to go back I would probably book in with one of the top hairdressers
