We're a family cafe in the heart of Newport. Our cafe is children friendly with ample room for prams, enclosed courtyard complete with sandpits, chalkboards, mini slide, hop scotch and more. Come visit and bring the family
What's not to love? Attentive staff, always checking if you need more coffee (yes please), able to accommodate group of 6 on busy Sunday morning given about 15 mins warning, and to cap it off, fast and efficient. Did I mention friendly and happy to provide advice to the undecided? Menu was a little bit more "hippy" than I generally go for, but so beautifully executed. What a gem. I have a new "go-to" for breakfast.
I was here again with a friend for a bite to eat, this time round brining my little toddler who is now more active and on the move. What I like about this café is the kid’s friendly environment. You wouldn’t guess so looking at the front side that they would have a small play area at the back for children. The service here is always good and efficient, staff are friendly and not rushing you to place your order to quickly have a meal and go. The fact that there are plenty of parents that come here to be able to chill out while their children have a play around in the backyard is great. Thumbs up!
Laid back, family friendly cafe that keeps the youngest entertained with sandpit and a few other backyard play equipments. Parents wanting to enjoy their meals and catch up uninterrupted, sometimes less aware of their kids giving other kids a rough hard time. Watching the kids while they play is recommended instead of leaving them to their own devices- just in case.
Food are good, the cafe is located right next to a park with a playground. On the main road, parking is only 1 hr, off street is 2 hours.
