Lets Talk it Over Together

I would like to introduce myself to you so that you can get a better awareness of my experience and personality and get to know me.

My life experiences and my studies have been complementary to each other.

I have always had a thirst for knowledge. I became a mature age student and enrolled in Wollongong University where I gained a Bachelor of Arts degree with an English major.

I went on to gain a Diploma in Education from the UOW and began my teaching in a High School in Western Sydney.

My passion has always been to help people find a happier and healthier mental life. With this goal I then decided to study psychology and enrolled in Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, where I graduated with my Graduate Psychology degree.

Later to further my career goal I undertook a Diploma in Case Management and a Diploma in Counselling and graduated from both diplomas from the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP).

I am a registered member of Australian Counselling Association (level2) and also the Australian Community Worker's Association.

I understand grief and loss very well having had personally experienced it but I also know that every person suffers grief differently. Grief is both physical as well as mental. My clients have permission to vent their concerns in a safe place. My role is to help clients to cope.
