Ordered two pizzas and a garlic bread. After an hours wait they arrived and one was not what we ordered.
Phoned up and told the staff that took our order and said we had gotten someone else's pizza so we asked if we could get a credit for next time because it was already getting late and we had one hot pizza and did not want to wait another hour for the other until we ate and staff put us on to the so called "management" and we found them to be rude and arrogant even though at no stage of the conversation were we anything but polite to them. ...read more
Staff were slow, there was more salt on the pizza than all the oceans. Sauce drowned by the overload toppings. 30 minute wait in combination with the terrible atmosphere made it seemed like an eternity. The staff were below par and were rude. Is the price in yen or what, I feel quite ripped off. For a place the advertises sorbet yet they only have 3 flavours.
