We are a private health and fitness studio located in the heart of Castle Hill.

We don't just do personal training, we work together with you to create a healthier lifestyle. We do this through personal training, nutrition, accountability and motivating you!

Our agreements are all "no minimum terms" which means that you can train without the stress of being locked into a long term contract. Of course you can also pre-pay for sessions if this is more convenient for you.

Before we start training with you we do a full health profile, this is complimentary and obligation free. This will give you an idea of where you are at now and helps to set your goals. We also go through a 30 minute training session with you. This will gives us a chance to see what level of fitness you are at and where to start you on your program.
