I contacted lightning locksmiths on advice from RACV after a Holden dealership supplied a non working replacement key. The dealership wanted to charge me $600 plus to fix the problem as they thought it was an issue with the car and not the key. Lightning understood the problem from the start and came out, diagnosed the problem, issued the correct new key and explained to me why the exact looking key from Holden didn't work so that I could explain and get me faulty key refund. The dealership was happy to learn what the problem was, I was happy to get a new key without having to pay more and Lightning got a customer for life. I was happy to learn Lightning is a full locksmith service.

Lightning Lock Smiths were recommended and I spoke with Irene, who's service was friendly and very efficient. I lost the chip out of the key and within a couple of hours of the phone call a technician Kevin was out to my place he was very polite friendly and knowledgable and replaced the chip and programmed the key to the vehicle. Thanks very much guys you saved the day it is greatly appreciated.
I called and clearly told the operator what the issue was after being referred by RACV. The technician came out and couldn't fix the lock and told us that if the office would have told him what the job was he would have advised them that he couldn't fix it. I paid $150 and nothing was done and he was out for 10 minutes overall. Not happy.
