Ordered some flowers for my friend who welcomed a new baby. Placed the order on a Saturday to have delivery on Monday. By Tuesday I wanted to check if the flowers had been delivered, phoned and they had not been. Not very happy as the flowers were for a special occasion. I'm wondering what would have happened if I didn't call, would my money have just been taken
