A body in motion wants to stay in motionMy name is Lauren - Personal Trainer, Group Trainer and soon to be Exercise Physiologist. A little about myself... I'm a qualified personal trainer holding a Certificate III & IV in Fitness. I am also a certified Instructor for Group Fitness, Boxing, Aqua and Body Attack. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation which in English means that I'm learning how to be the best personal trainer out there. My degree involves learning about the human body in terms of its anatomy, its physiology, its function and its movement. As your trainer, I have the knowledge to tell you exactly what each and every exercise is doing to your body, and more importantly, why you should keep doing those exercises!
For those of you who are contemplating the idea of exercise - which may seem very foreign - I strongly encourage you to make the leap. The leap will set you in motion, and with a little guidance and motivation from yours truly, I guarantee you won't stop moving!
For those of you who have already taken that fearful leap but are struggling to find the balance or motivation in this all too busy world of ours, I have a little spare motivation up my sleeve that I'll lend you. I'll teach you the importance of exercise as a part of your daily routine and I'll give you the push to make sure you keep moving forward!
