I provide programs that focus on the individual health needs. The emphasis is placed on client education. I believe that fixing a problem is not enough - for results that will last a lifetime the client needs to learn how to take charge of their own health and learn how to manage it effectively .

I have been a Massage Therapist, Naturopath and Nutritionist for 20 years.

My key area of interest has always been chronic pain and I have extensive experience in treating arthritis, nerve pain , fibromyalgia and chronic injuries.

I believe that natural therapies play a key role in finding solutions for chronic dis-ease - those conditions that medicine tends to put into the too-hard basket. Education and simple lifestyle changes can often make a huge difference to how a person feels.
