Liz's Sewing Centre

I decided at the end of January to take my Janome to Liz's as some friends recommended the shop for servicing of my machine. After three weeks I inquired about my machine and was told they would find out what was happening and get back to me. To cut a long and harrowing experience to a short story I received the same rely for the next three times. After six weeks I rang yet again and was told the machine was in the shop but not completed we will ring you!!!!!! No phone call so the following Monday I called in for the third time and was told the mechanic was putting in the cutter plate now. So I waited paid my $185 and took my machine straight home and on to the table. Four days later I decided to do some sewing. The bobbin I sent with the machine was missing. Replaced that and started sewing. The needle threader was still not working even though I asked for it to be repaired or replaced. I have been sewing for 15 years and have been to a couple of different service centers in the eastern suburbs. I tried Liz's Sewing Centre as we have recently moved house and it is the closest sewing centre to me. My machine needed repair and I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received the staff was very rude. I will not be a returning customer.

Have received awesome service from Liz and staff. Very appreciative of all their advice.
