Right from the original "auto booking" this rental was fraught with changes to the car we had booked being made 4 times, then the baby seat we had ordered wasn't supplied and we had to sit with a small child barely sheltered in from the cold and rain whilst one was located which took 45 minutes for some reason and was not fitted.
The car was adequate but the service was appalling, the tall tales told by the gent hiring the car to us were wearing after the long day we had had and the extras that are charged beggar belief. Not a pleasant experience.
