Clean rooms, HD flat screen TV's with 30 Austar channels, new air conditioners (quiet), modern feel to rooms and kept in great condition, very friendly owners who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, close to the town centre but still very quiet, lovely landscaped gardens. Motel is part of the Budget chain but really the only budget part is the price. I would highly recommend this motel for people staying in Kerang
