I purchased a highly priced vehicle from the guys at Logan City Motors and within driving it home the engine light came on. We paid extra to have extended warranty. when we rang them they said it would be covered under our warranty which we were relieved to hear. I however think this is poor customer service as not even 24hours after picking the car up it was returned to be fixed and now money will be deducted from my 5 warranty leaving me with less money down the track when this wasn't even my issue. Not only was it a inconvenience but cost me more money as i live on the north side and had to find a way home and then back again to pick up the car. Not to mention the poor phone manners they have while speaking about this issue. Will never recommend them.
