They have the best in Brisbane rhythmic gymnastics program run by professional coach and a wonderful person. Highly reccomened.

Great gym - is surprisingly large (8 treadmills). Prices are much more affordable than others. they often have 'deals' - such as 241 membership, 5 personal training sessions for $150 etc. Lots of classes - boxercise - pilates - boot camp etc. Also has a small restaurant upstairs with super cheap meals (nasi goreng $7)
