I would not use this Looksmart again. I bought a pair of pretty expensive pants from a shop in the centre and they recommended Looksmart. It was a simple hem. The person at the counter tried to play some strange power trip game with me - making me wait for a long time while she tapped away at her computer keyboard and then was very impatient when I asked for her opinion on the hem length. When I collected the pants the work was messy and the fabric has a very visible too-hot iron mark. Very upsetting. I would not recommend the place. I've had good experiences with other Looksmart outlets.
DO NOT USE! I took my wedding suit pants to have the hem altered and at pick up there was visible damage to the pants as parts of the original hem line were ripped in places instead of neatly pulled leaving un fixable marks on the pants!
Have since taken to a different place to have some corrective work done but please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!!
