Do not use this service. This company was recently employed by our landlord to remove a tree from our property - unsupervised - and in the process severely damaged several pieces of our outdoor timber furniture. The operator did not notify us of the damage, instead leaving us to discover the broken pieces ourselves (both of which were potentially dangerous finds - a broken chair leg, and a jagged broken timber table edge). Upon contacting the person we received no apology, and refused to offer their insurance details. While they admitted was at fault and made a paltry offer of financial compensation, this is yet to be fulfilled. I have very little faith in receiving any kind of compensation or apology. Since then has consistently refused to answer or return phone calls. The matter has been escalated and a complaint lodged with the Department of Fair Trading.
This operator has no respect for other people or their property. Employ at your own risk.
