Lowood Licensed Post Office

Absolute rude woman working there no customer service I had to ask her for a receipt 3 times each time was a rude and abrupt NO finally the third time asking for a receipt I get we're not allowed to its to hard

I absolutely hate having any parcels delivered through this post office. They claim to attempt delivery, but rarely do. The parcel delivery person for my area is so rude and lazy, she even had a go at me for contacting the call centre to let them know that she hadn't really attempted delivery! It's time that this backward country post office got with the times, and learned a thing or two about customer service!

The other thing that really annoys me, is the lack of accessibility to the so called disabled access! A change of location, to a flat area, is desperately required, along with disability parking
