My only suggestion is that the worker in this establishment needs customer services skills. When we got home and opened up our order we were missing our chips and crabstick. When I returned to ask about it all I got was a very cold reception and they weren't willing to cook what was missing from my order even after I had paid for them. It's not sour grapes on my part but simply a principal involved. You expect to get what you order from any Fish & Chip shop. I ask that if you go to "Loz's" it may pay to make double sure that they have put in everything you want because if you find out later they just won't care.
