Lucas Installations

Men that installed mine and my brothers foxtel at our brand new houses were rude and unproffesional. Both jobs were poorly done and my brothers foxtel doesnt work at all. Boss will not return phone calls or come and fix our installations. Exposed cables coming from wall. Lodged official complaints with Austar they are refunding us and sending out different technicians to fix the problems. Very bad and unpleasant experience.

Had them install foxtel and a free to air antenna done work very quick and very polite cleaned up after them selfs even though i said would clean it up thanks good job will recommend to friends

The two young gentlemen were lovely! (Young chap with tattoos and his colleague.) They were fast, effecient, polite! Then what I assume was their boss came in. Muddy shoes on my carpet, sitting on my new lounge in a filthy outfit, yelling at the two boys. Won't be calling them for help with my foxtel in the future! #reviewtowin
