Ordered $275 worth of cakes and biscuits 2 months out from my baby gender reveal. 2 weeks late I was told my baby had no heart beat and I was having a missed miscarriage, when I rang the company to advise I was told 3 times I would get a call back, eventually I got hold of the manager and was told the owner had advise they do no refund, even tho they had not done any of the cakes they were still happy to make profit on my loss! I will NEVER ever be back there and will make sure no one else will. May have got $275 out of me that day but they have lost thousands!
Have been a customer for years and was happy with their cakes so I ordered my wedding cake with them with all confidence I would be happy but that was not the case

Was not 100% satisfied with the wedding cake I ordered.
Your Driver needs to take extra care when delivering/ assembling the cake tiers. Got a phone call from reception place saying cake was tilted and looks like it was going to fall! Thanks to them they were generous enough to fix your problem. Also bottom tier was not cooked throughout not happy when spending over $1000 on a wedding cake you expect it to be perfect!
Was so upset and shattered when I saw the cake they had made for my mothers 70th birthday. My order was simple a round chocolate mud cake fully covered in pink roses made of icing, a photo was provided and close to $300 dollars was payed up front six months in advance when I placed my order. On my mothers birthday I was so excited to go and pick up the cake but when I was shown the cake at their shop all the roses were far apart and a different colour to the colour of the roses in the photo, when I questioned them as to why the roses were separated they informed me that they had mis-measured the cake and had not make enough roses to cover the cake. I could not believe that they didnt make more roses but they were clearly busy with other orders, so disappointed as the order had been placed months in advance! I will never place an order with this shop again or recommend them.
