Buyer Beware. Not a great florist.
Online order for a patient at St Vincent's hospital.
Selected his florist as it stated $15 fee for St Vincent's on Lucy's Florist website.
I made an error as my computer auto prompt my home address. I called to change the delivery address to St Vincent's. I was told by the lady ,not a problem, she will organise the details for the ward and that now the fee will be more $25 .

AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS, why aren't they shut down yet?
Flowers are supposed to make someone's day better and not ruin it!!!
this is the most awful flowers i've ever seen. I paid $99 for the large size, it looks amazing on their website. the another $15 for delivery hoping to surprise my friend on her birthday so i requested for moring delivery. she ended up reciving the flowers at 4PM.
and the bouquet is so tiny, flowers are on the verge of dying, it is the worst flowers i've ever seen in my life.
complete waste of $114, i wish i have just gone to woolies and bought her flowers from there.

I was delivered flowers on Valentine’s Day from Lucy’s, and the rose petal were already dark and dry around the edges. A couple days later they became wilted and the flower head are facing down wards. This business is about money, not service.

We live in the US and ordered flowers for our daughter’s birthday (she is at the University of Sydney). We asked for AM delivery. They did not even arrive on the day. A phone call resulted in a rude and dismissive response. TWO days later they arrived. We emailed them and are still awaiting any response. Shop elsewhere, please. They just don’t care. One thing for sure. They won’t be reading this....

Terrible customer service
Ordered a bunch of flowers online with a specific delivery date as it was a friends 40th Birthday. Florist did not deliver on designated day and when I rang them they were unprepared to rectify or compensate. Dreadful service and totally disorganised
