Luna Park Melbourne

Not a great place to tell secrets, has a big very mouth.

Had a day out with my nephew, he loved it and it brought back memories when I was a youngster

Melbourne's Luna Park seems to be just hanging on by a thread. There's no fun-factor here; the rides are dated and horrendously overpriced. Guests are herded in and out of attractions by disinterested attendants. Any charm that may have been left in this establishment has been dragged to the curb and kicked to death in the name of greed. 1 star for the nostalgia kick of being able to revisit a place that was very special to me during my childhood.

We had so much fun here revisiting Luna Park and going on the dodgem cars (my, how things have changed- you have to wear a seatbelt now!) It's a bit expensive if you want to go on lots of rides and have a large family but it's great fun. The atmosphere is not quite what it used to be but still is a fun evening or afternoon.

I love it...especially the roller coaster, even if it does almost break your knees!!
