Just moved into the area and was recommended here by a friend who has been going there for a very long time. They are very friendly, well located, easy to find and very reasonable priced with the added bonus of being able to chose what services I want done to create my own little sort of package. Very impressed and will be back :)
I specifically asked for them not to give me a mullet.
They gave me a mullet.
As I did my shopping that afternoon, I had so many people staring at the hideous mullet. In the womens bathroom one woman saw me, laughed, then told me that she was so sorry. Absolutely mortified.
I've uploaded photos. Hopefully they get approved so that others can see what happened to my head.
I called to ask them if they could fix the mullet that they gave me for free. They said that they could "take a look at it" and decide whether I would pay on the day. Really poor. I went there before my surgery so that I could feel beautiful and instead I have had the most negativehaircut experience of my life.
I have been going to this place for a couple of years now and what keeps me going back is the friendliness of the staff, their professional manner and their great skills. Especailly the lady that does the amazing blonde work!!!!!!!!!
They also have a fantastic waxing and tanning service. I REALLY highly recommend.
