Very disappointed. Bought a voucher through Scoopon and told fully booked until the expiry date. Meanwhile my money has been banked and I was told - 'well you should have booked earlier'. Terrible lack of service and regard for customers. For all I know there may never have been appointment times available.
that's terrible! How far in advance before the expiry date did you call to book? Did you contact Scoopon to get a refund?
It is amazing everyone's complaints on these beauty salons are from online voucher deal clients. Dont you realize the cost alone of your treatment isnt even covered by what you pay .... you cant expect gold when you only pay a penny ....
I have to disagree with 'dontwhinge' - if they were so overwhelmed by the success of their Scoopon offer they should have extended the expiry date to accomodate. The whole purpose of Scoopons is to get new customers into your store and if you are going to give a bad service just because the customer is not paying full price then that will only damage your reputation when the customer complains to all their friends (or puts it on True Local...)
