Disappointed - went in for a full head of highlight colour and spent $100. I now need to get it re-done. I am a hairdresser with 12yrs of experience and I found the colourist rude. I had an instant re-growth as the colourist has difficulty hearing or understanding instruction. To their credit, they offered to fix it, but the confidence was lost and after 2.5hrs in the place without a cut or dry ,I just wanted to go. I have had great service in the past and they seem to do a good blow dry, but am not recommending it due to inconsistency.

Unbelievable staff, so friendly great service, very happy with my hair colour, great price.

I'm very fussy with my hair, never been so happy.
