Lyn Dines Hair Salon

I won’t be returning to this salon again!
They salon manager’s tells you his family problems, how hard he has to work, how he hasn’t had a holiday in years, how his sister Lyn Dines only cares about herself. I went there to get my hair done not be his counsellor. The lady that washes and dries your hair doesn’t know the meaning of dry hair. I left the salon with totally wet hair. I asked for a dry off and she used the hair dryer for 2 mins if that and says is that dry enough. Not sure what planet she’s living on but my meaning of dry is not soaking wet. Not a very professional salon. They might be one of the cheaper salons in town but I’d rather pay a little more and get a more professional hairdressing service.

I went there showed them a photo of colour I wanted. How wrong could they have got it I wanted blonde they gave me grey. I'm terrified to go again for them to touch it. Very rude staff when I said this isn't what I wanted they took my money & sent me home & said after a few washes it will be ok. Well it isn't?' I am so disappointed in them it only shows they only know the colour grey. I warn everyone do not go there unless you want to have a grey colour hair. The bloke in there at runaway bay was who mixed colour who saw the photo but he messed it up. The woman didn't care & when I called next day she didn't even want to talk to me. Poor customer service. Worse place I've ever been to in the Gold Coast.

Poor unprofessional service. Do not like feedback or reviews unless positive. Make no attempt to improve their standards. Continue to be rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.

This hairdressing salon is tops. Quality hair cuts at a reasonable price. Pleasant service. We have been going to this salon for 12 months and we always get the cut we want from Karyn

I am very happy to have found this Hairdresser, close to my home and "COL" the only male working there knows my hair after only 4 visits. I will continue to go to him for style cut, colour, foils and blowdry - He is GR8 !! Yes they get busy and cannot give everyone personal attention until you in the chair. One thing though, I would say is that they could offer you a cold water or coffee or tea. But how can you expect top hairdressing pampering service at these cheap prices - what's more important to me is the end result of my hair :)
