Would not recommend. It is worth the extra drive to go elsewhere other than here. Booking an appointment is pointless as you will be left waiting close an hour each time. the last straw for me was just recently when I took my 1.6months year old son in as a walk in and the very rude receptionist said she can't book walk ins unless it was an emergency after I told her my sons temp was high and hasn't gone down then she proceeded to tell me that I should've gone to the hospital which I wish I should've have but I just didn't have to waste more time so I continued to plead with her to please let a doctor see my son a he then booked me in told me the wait was gonna be long I waited anyway because emergency would be the same wait or longer. After 1.5hrs finally get seen just to be told we just have to let it takes it course and they can't do nothing and I was brought to tears as my gut was telling me it wasn't something I should let it take it's course so I left and went ...read more

Been there a few times, unfortunately only 1 or 2 drs are good. others are way way below avg. (even a pharmacist is better thn them) bad experiences include: Dr doesn't know how to spell, have had a dr who didnot eve looked at me, Had a dr who was sleeping during the appointment. one would expect that the dr will at least be in a position to listen. very horrible. I wonder how come they are allowed to operate and practice.

You would expect a Medical Clinic to service their patients better. Staff at Reception not very helpful, doctors run late and at times just 1 doctor on duly, they rush through their appointments. Lynbrook is a lovely area and requires a good medical clinic, as patients are forced to go elsewhere. Please management look into this and correct the service and place some good doctors, you visit this place when you are sick and should go out feeling better not worse. Thank you

Terrible service. Doctors are always running late and the reception does not tell you whether the doctor is late or Not.
Instead the reception tells you that doctor is on time but when you reach there you are always told that they were not aware.
Very poor management.

I have visited this clinic several times and I will not go back!!. Terrible receptionist, very rude. Waited over an hour as this receptionist made my appointment wrong.
When I finally saw the doctor I was referred to a nurse that was dressed as though ready to go to a night club, very revealing and unprofessional. I was not given the care by this nurse that any human is intitled to.
I wanted to make a complaint and was told to call practice manager, I have tried 3 times now with no response, is it any wonder they have such bad staff when management doesnt bother. Its unfortunate as the doctors are good. Bad staff and management will stop me from ever recommending this clinic to my family and friends and the public!!
