I was helped by an extremely friendly staff and her name was Sana.She was not only friendly, but really accurate with her suggestions. I was so happy with my makeup and the products she suggested. I would recommend her to anyone who goes to Mac,Paddington.

I shop at the Bondi Junction store. I had my make up done here for my 21st and I was extremely pleased! The staff member I had was extremely friendly, (Chatting to him was like chatting to a close friend) and new exactly what he was doing. I must say, my make up looked amazing and I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night! Not only was I pleased with the experience and results I love how the money you put down as a deposit can be redeemed through purchasing products! Such a great store and amazing make up! I was the only person who was in the store and staff asked what I needed and so I told them I was looking to buy a few eyeshadows. I asked if I could try on a few, only to have them check whether they were even in stock. They immediately seemed interested in only selling products and not at all focused on customer service.

I then told them that I was definitely buying a lipstick (they had in stock) but wanted to try another out. I asked whether they could apply it for me with a brush and they bluntly replied that it was already disinfected and I could do it myself. And then walked over without a word to me to a customer who had just walked in. No manners whatsoever. Again, more interested in selling products than plain and simple manners. Rude.

I ended up buying the lipstick I had initially planned to but was left with bitter feelings after the most unwelcoming experience. The staff seemed completely disinterested and didn't flash a smile at me once.

This shop is your one stop makeup shop. The walls are lined with every shade of every makeup product imaginable. The staff are friendly and professional. If youre in a hurry they will promptly get what youre after. If you are browsing they will quite happily try different foundations/lipsticks/eye shadows/bronzers until you get the formulation you are looking for. I stumble in here on a Saturday afternoon looking for a new foundation, blush & bronzer. I wait for a few minutes, before being served by a friendly girl, who conveniently has a similar skin tone to me. She is very helpful, asking me lots of questions about what I would like, & helps me choose the best products for me. She even gives me some handy hints, such as storing my foundation in the fridge during Summer to make it last longer, and gave me small sample tubs that I can refill & keep in my makeup bag. I leave happy & with what I came in for. Ive decided that this is where I will be returning for all my makeup needs.
