The worst service i got from these guys, i took my laptop to them for repair and they charged me $200 for fixing my cooling fan, then after 3 days the fan died again and when i took it back to them, they asked for another hour fee for checking it.

Fredie29, we offer our sincere apology that you received less than satisfactory service and we're not really sure how this happened. If someone brings back a computer which we have fixed in the last 30 days, we don't charge another diagnosis fee. We can't locate your details in our system to contact you in person but if you return to the store, we would be happy to refund the second diagnosis fee (if you did book your computer in) or diagnose the problem at no charge.
