Just want to say how professional these guys are. I was locked out of my house on Sunday and when i tried ringing around to find a locksmith, they were the only ones that answered the phone. They came out very quickly and got my front door unlocked. I highly recommend them. Great Work Guys !!!
Had to get them out twice before the job was done properly. The second time I got organised for them to come out they did not turn up and only called 4 hours after the scheduled time, then did not call me back to confirm a time for the next day. I had to follow them up the next day. They were also an hour late both times they came out, which is not good when I have a 7 month old son. I would definitely not recommend them.

She then rang back after being happy with our quotation and the quality of the tradesman that we sent to your home to go ahead with the quoted work and the work was completed.
It is our company policy not to give out firm arrival times. We generally give a time frame of either morning or afternoon because clients rightfully can become disappointed if those times are not met. As you can imagine being a locksmithing Company 90% of our work is emergency work, where our clients have not only an expectation but a real need for our services very quickly. If I may use your job as a classic reason of why we do not give exact times is that the work has been sited and quoted then our tradesman arrives on site and he is asked to do extra work above what was quoted. If this happened on every job and we had given exact times, everybody would be disappointed.
Quite often when a job comes over the phone and all the details are taken down our tradesmen are confronted with something entirely different on site and time expected to be on site can quite often blow out.
In an attempt to always be on the front foot and get positive or negative feed back so we can improve our services or to give recognition to one of our tradesman on the bottom of the invoice just above where we get our clients to sign. In this case your wife signed this invoice â??Goods and/or Services satisfactorily completedâ?�. We also have on our job card a section that says â??commentsâ?� so that any comments can be read immediately and if action has to be taken it can be dealt with appropriately. I would like to take this opportunity to point out that she signed the invoice and wrote nothing in the comment box.
While I take on board criticism I am very disappointed that you have felt the need to publicly ridicule Macarthur Locksmiths in a public forum rather than picking up the telephone or filling in the comment box so this could have been dealt with in a more professional manner, where any concerns you may have had after discussing this with your wife could have been dealt with immediately.
We do get a lot of work from true local and as a result of reading your comment I will now be asking all our clients from True Local if they wouldnâ??t mind taking time out of their busy day as you have, to post a comment on the quality of service and professionalism of Macarthur Locksmiths.
