I took my computer (iMac) and iPod (iTouch) into MacMedic for repair and found that the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The technician there told me that I needed a replacement hard drive. The best news is that he was able to recover all my data FOR NOT A CENT EXTRA. I will never be without a backup again! Thanks MacMedic Ingleburn!
Very poor phone manner and not very helpful.The receptionist thinks she is a technician and disgnosed my Ipod touch incorrectly.I took it to another Apple approved service provider who were very helpful and rectified the problem immediately.I would not recommend MacMedic at Ingleburn NSW.
We are very sorry to hear this but have never heard a complaint from you in regards to this incident until this time. Did you take the iPod to the store? Diagnosis over the phone is difficult. The receptionist is technical and can handle all iPod issues and iPad issues. The fact she is female has no bearing on her technical ability. Even the best technician can miss something. If you have further information regarding this service job, please email management at MacMedic we pride ourselves on the best service available in Sydney, but we would need to know what has gone wrong here to better service all of our customers in the future. tell the truth../??????????? the service was excellent and they were very help full phone manner was out of this world five star.very puncture ever helpful even though he work at another store that what he told me .he was only filling in.and ive been to many at apple repair.because i know apple is like a religion. to so many people out there.and one mention. a tecnician was very good at what he dose. he put the computer back as good as new.welldone mate you are good at what you do and went to pick up my beloved mac book pro up receptionist was very helpful to .so over all experience was only out off this world thank you MACMEDIC
i spoke to the staff once.. they were so rude and act like they own the apple itself. never goin there. got many more best in sydney. last but least poor customer service on jan'11
