Maestro Building was engaged by our body corporate to repair and replace rotten timber on our heritage listed apartment building. Jamie did a great job. He was able to advise us on heritage issues, he understood the intricacies of working with an old building and he used quality product.
Jamie is very good to deal with. He communicated well throughout the job, kept us informed of any variations required, and delivered the job as finished.
All residents within the building were happy with his pricing, workmanship and demeanour.
Jamie at Maestro Building did an impeccable job on our Bellevue Hill flat. He took out two walls, installed beams and even patched up some of the unfinished work from our last builder as he was doing it. As well as that, he installed a new wall, cut a hole for a new door and hung a new door. Everything was very well finished and he helped us out by giving us tips on how to paint and even left some materials free of charge. He was always transparent with the pricing and is a top bloke to deal with. I can highly recommend Jamie as a builder. We are hopefully using him again for our new place on the North Shore.
