Magic Hand Carwash Northgate

I had my car detailed today and was very dissatisfied with the service I received. When I booked the car in I was told they needed it for 2 hours. Dropped the car off and was told they would text me when it was ready and after 3 hours I had not heard anything so went to pick it up as I needed to get to another appointment and they had not even steam cleaned the seats which was the main reason for the detailing. I waited another 30 minutes while they did this and then got handed the car, floor mats where just tossed in the boot wet and seats were wet but they covered the front one with plastic but was very uncomfortable to sit on and clothes got very wet. Not going back any time soon.

Time for Sara and her crew to get the recognition they deserve. I have my black vehicle washed and dried there each week after it is covered in bugs from night highway driving. Having a black car is always difficult to get perfectly clean however the Northgate crew actually make it there mission to ensure that, when i pick up my car, I am shocked at how sparkling it is. The best of all is that I get to go do my shopping and have a coffee whilst they work thier Magic on my car.



I see the other review is not so good but I can guarentee that review is not a reflection of what you get right now.



PS: They even get the bugs of my roof racks which is a bonus.



PPS: I also recently used the Eastlands store but at the moment the Northgate store is a step ahead.



Well done

I took my car in for a full detail and was told it would take four hours. When I picked it up, the seats were still wet to the touch, which was an uncomfortable way to drive home. When I opened the boot, I noticed that part of a large bird dropping had not been cleaned out of the crease. The drivers side window, inside of the weather shield had not been cleaned. There was residue from the registration sticker still on the inside of the window, which came off quite easily with a window cleaning wipe. There were still flower petals inside an open compartment and in between the front seats had not been vacuumed.The dashboard had been sprayed with some sticky stuff, including the clear screen over the dials and the CD player front where it had beaded. This had been sprayed over dust and marks that came off easily when I rubbed them with my finger. The outside was clean and shiny in general, but I was expecting the appearance of light scratches to be reduced, not enhanced.
