I decided to check out this business because it was local and the website boasts of not needing an appointment. It was 3pm Saturday arvo and they shut at 4pm. I walked down there and arrived at 3:08pm. Inside a man was receiving a haircut while staff members were talking at the counter. I was surprised when the door was locked and one of the staffs walked over to the door and told me they were shut. I pointed at the sign which said they shut at 4pm and the "open" sign in the window, to which turned the sign to "closed" and said the last appointment was at 3pm. What a joke!
